Challenge
Visa’s Transformation Office needed to scale SAFe across 10 portfolios, 63 product groups, 9 shared services, and 125 ARTs while giving executives a single view of strategy, OKRs, and delivery.
Approach
Working with the Transformation Office and agile coaches, VTPMO migrated 8,000 users onto a unified Jira Align and Jira ecosystem integrated with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Clarity, configured Lean Portfolio Management, delivered 95 role-based training sessions, and coached executives on value stream mapping and OKRs.
