Virtual Technical Project Management Office, LLC (VTPMO) is committed to making vtpmo.com usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, and keyboard-only navigation.
Conformance target
Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We also follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria where practical.
What we have done
- Tested every page on the site with automated tools (axe-core) and manual keyboard, zoom, and reflow checks at desktop and mobile sizes.
- Provided a “Skip to content” link, consistent navigation, visible keyboard focus, and menus that work with the keyboard and the Escape key.
- Written descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images and used a logical heading structure on each page.
- Met WCAG color contrast ratios for text and supported the reduced-motion preference in your operating system.
- Labeled download and video links so their purpose is clear out of context, and noted when a link opens in a new tab.
- Remediated every downloadable PDF: document structure tags, language, titles, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
Known limitations
- The downloadable PDF documents on the Resources page are tagged for screen readers, with text alternatives for meaningful images and a defined reading order. If any document does not work with your assistive technology, or you need it in another format, email us and we will provide it promptly.
- Videos are hosted on YouTube, and appointment booking uses Microsoft Bookings. These third-party services have their own accessibility features and statements, which are outside our direct control.
