We set only one strictly necessary cookie, which stores your consent choice. Google Analytics cookies and LinkedIn Insight Tag (marketing) cookies load only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with the Change cookie settings link or the cookie-settings button on every page. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. If you allow Marketing cookies, LinkedIn receives information about your visit through the LinkedIn Insight Tag so we can measure our LinkedIn advertising and show our ads to visitors on LinkedIn; you can withdraw that consent at any time in the cookie settings. Otherwise, we share personal information only with service providers that process it for us under contract:
- Bluehost (Newfold Digital): website hosting and server logs
- Google: Google Analytics 4, only with your consent
- LinkedIn: LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising measurement, only with your consent to Marketing cookies
- Microsoft: Microsoft 365 email and Microsoft Bookings
- Cloudflare: Turnstile anti-spam check on our website forms
Form submissions are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox; the website does not keep a copy.
We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
Links to LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other sites take you to services operated by those companies, under their own privacy policies.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers process data in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on our providers’ certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep information
- Google Analytics data: no longer than 14 months.
- Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we ask again.
- Insights email updates: until you ask to be removed.
- Email and booking records: as long as needed to respond and to manage our business relationship, and no longer than three years after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required for contracts, tax, or legal reasons.
- Job applications: up to two years, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Server logs: for the limited period our hosting provider keeps them for security and troubleshooting.

- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- restrict or object to our processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
