Virtual Technical Project Management Office, LLC was founded in 2004 in the Kansas City area to give regulated enterprises a technical delivery partner that owns outcomes, not just hours.
Our story
VTPMO started as a technical project management office for hire, running complex programs for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Wellmark. As agile scaled across the enterprises we served, we became transformation leads, Release Train Engineers, and Jira Align architects for Optum, state Medicaid programs, Visa, and the Federal Reserve Banks. Today we pair that operating-model experience with deep Atlassian and Microsoft platform work, AI governance, data governance, DevSecOps, software development, and a staffing practice that has grown an average of 15% a year since 2004.
We are a Microsoft Solution Provider and a team of Atlassian Certified Professionals and SAFe practitioners, and we are SBA 8(a), MBE, DBE, and SBE certified.
