Visa’s Transformation Office needed to scale SAFe across 10 portfolios, 63 product groups, 9 shared services, and 125 ARTs while giving executives a single view of strategy, OKRs, and delivery. This Visa SAFe case study covers the challenge, our approach, and the results.
Approach
Working with the Transformation Office and agile coaches, VTPMO migrated 8,000 users onto a unified Jira Align and Jira ecosystem integrated with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Clarity, then configured Lean Portfolio Management, delivered 95 role-based training sessions, and coached executives on value stream mapping and OKRs.
