Adam Madoukh

Founder, CEO and CTO, VTPMO. Enterprise transformation lead, Jira Align architect, SAFe Practice Consultant, and executive coach.

Adam founded VTPMO in 2004 after co-founding healthcare and e-commerce software ventures in the late 1990s. For more than 25 years he has led technology programs and enterprise agile transformations in financial services, healthcare, and government, including engagements as Enterprise Transformation Lead and Jira Align Architect for the Federal Reserve Banks, Enterprise Transformation Lead at Visa and Wells Fargo, and Enterprise Transformation Lead for Optum’s Medicaid programs in Indiana, Illinois, and Arkansas.

He is a certified SAFe 6 Practice Consultant and SAFe Agilist, an Atlassian Certified Professional in Jira administration and agile development, and a Jira Align subject-matter expert with deep ScriptRunner, Groovy, and automation experience across Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence. His work spans operating-model design, portfolio governance, AI adoption, and platform architecture on Atlassian and Microsoft.
