At the start of the engagement, we will work with you to review our personnel on-boarding plan with specific start and end dates. We also understand that we must provide Client-specific on-boarding training for VTPMO staff resources for your programs. All personnel assigned to the engagement must acknowledge and agree to abide by the Client's policies and standards. Our multifaceted on-boarding approach will help us provide knowledgeable and effective support for the project. Every resource will go through background check and drug test prior to start working with the Client. Performance management is one of our staff-focused practices. We conduct regular VTPMO staff performance reviews that include input from peers and leadership. Management also monitors VTPMO staff work throughout the year. We will stay in touch with the Client and key stakeholders to make sure our staff members maintain performance levels that are consistent with your expectations.
